INTRODUCING THE ODIN 8" FILLET KNIFE
THE FILLET KNIFE,
TAKEN TO THE NEXT LEVEL.
A long, slender blade that moves with the fish. Made to follow the bone, keep the fillet whole, and leave nothing behind on the frame.
The 7.9" blade is hammer-forged by hand from 67 layers of Damascus steel around a hard core, ground thin so it flexes just enough to read the shape of the fish, and sharpened by hand before it ships.
A composite resin handle with the steel tang pinned deep inside it, so it keeps its grip when your hands are wet and slippery. From whole fish to finished fillet, its own dedicated blade.
67-LAYER DAMASCUS
Harder Steel. Longer Edge.
Sixty-seven layers of steel folded around a hard core and forged by hand. Most kitchen knives are stamped from soft steel because it is cheap to grind, and it goes dull in weeks. This one holds its edge for months, and the wave pattern is the proof it was forged, not pressed.
THE SLENDER EDGE
Thin Enough To Follow The Cut.
A narrow, paper-thin blade that bends with the contours of the fish and slides along the bone. Smooth, controlled passes instead of sawing, and a fillet that comes off in one piece.
THE HANDLE
Made To Be Held All Evening.
Dense composite resin, shaped to fill the palm. It shrugs off water and heat, never swells like wood, and keeps its grip when your hands are wet. Polished rivets and the ODIN mosaic pin finish it.
STEEL TANG
Steel Runs Into The Handle.
The blade steel continues deep inside the handle and is pinned through it, so the knife stays one solid piece through years of daily use. Nothing to loosen, nothing to wobble.
7.9" OF REACH
From Whole Fish To Finished Fillet.
Long enough to run the length of a salmon side in one pass, fine enough at the tip to work around the pin bones. Skin, trim, portion: the whole job with one knife.
ODIN SERIES
THE ODIN SERIES
Every Part, Taken Further.
The fillet knife, rebuilt. Blade, edge, handle and tang were each pushed as far as they go, for the cook who wants to break down a whole fish at home. Tap a number to see what changed.
Hand-forged around a hard steel core. Harder than the soft steel most knives are stamped from, so the edge stays for months.
Narrow and thin so it follows the bone and keeps the fillet whole.
Dense, water-proof, grips when your hands are wet. Polished rivets and the ODIN mosaic pin.
The blade steel runs deep into the handle and is pinned through it. One solid piece.
Every ODIN ships in its own printed box: the Allfather on the front, the rune icons on the side. Made to be given, kept, and opened again.
ONE KNIFE.
FROM WHOLE FISH TO PLATE.
FILLET
Follow the bone from head to tail in one pass. The thin blade bends with the fish and takes the whole fillet.
SKIN
Angle the blade flat, hold the skin, and let the edge slide between. Nothing wasted.
TRIM
Pin bones, silver skin, the fatty belly. A fine tip for the precise work.
PORTION
Even portions from a side of salmon. Reach enough to go the full width in one stroke.
COOK LIKE A WARRIOR, EAT LIKE A KING
In the heart of the northern forges, where steel meets spirit and legends are born in flame, the ODIN Series was awakened.
Forged in fire, perfected by design. An ODIN is not just a knife. It is a divine extension of your craft.
WHY ODIN

★★★★★
Sharpest knife I have owned
Out of the box it went through a tomato skin with no pressure at all. Three months in, it still does. The weight sits right behind the handle, so long prep sessions do not tire my wrist.

★★★★★
Worth every cent
I cook most nights and this replaced three knives in my block. The Damascus blade looks incredible in person, and the handle grips well even when my hands are wet from rinsing vegetables.

★★★★★
Gift that impressed a chef
Bought it for my brother-in-law who cooks professionally. He said it holds an edge better than knives costing twice as much. The box alone made it feel like a serious present.
Daniel R. - Verified Buyer
★★★★★
Built like it will outlast me
No wobble, no gap at the handle, and the balance is spot on. I have sharpened it once in four months and it came straight back. Feels like a tool made to be used every day.

★★★★★
Looks even better in person
The Damascus pattern looks even better in person than in the photos, and after months of daily cooking the edge is still razor sharp. Fast shipping too, and the box is a pleasure to open.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
The things people want to know before they order.
Every ODIN is built around one thing: 67 layers of Damascus steel, forged by hand around a hard core. Most kitchen knives are stamped from a single sheet of soft steel because it is cheap to grind, and it goes dull in weeks. Damascus holds its edge for months and takes a beating without chipping.
The flowing pattern on the blade is the forging itself, not a print, so it never wears off and no two ODIN blades look exactly alike. Add a composite resin handle that will not crack or swell, and a lifetime warranty.
Damascus is made by folding and forging layers of steel together around a harder core. The core takes the edge, the layers protect it. Sixty-seven of them give the ODIN its strength and the wave pattern you see on the blade.
The result is a blade that stays sharp far longer than the soft stamped steel most kitchen knives are made from, and looks like nothing else on the board.
Because the steel is the whole point of a knife. A cheap blade is stamped from one sheet of soft steel: easy to make, dull in weeks, and it chips the first time it meets a bone.
Damascus is forged the slow way: layers of steel folded around a hard core, so you get a hard edge that stays sharp for months and a body that flexes instead of cracking. It costs more to make, and you feel the difference every time you cut.
Yes. Every ODIN is sharpened by hand before shipping and arrives razor-sharp, ready to use straight out of the box.
Most people notice the difference on the first onion.
Hand wash, dry straight away, and store it in a block, on a magnetic holder or in its box. A drop of food-safe oil on the blade now and then keeps the Damascus pattern looking new.
Never leave it wet in the sink and never put it in the dishwasher: the heat and detergent dull any good edge and are hard on the handle. Thirty seconds under the tap is all it needs.
Months of daily home cooking before it wants a touch-up, where a soft-steel knife needs one in weeks. A few passes on a honing rod or a rolling sharpener bring the Damascus edge right back.
Every ODIN is designed to be gift-ready straight out of the parcel.
Each knife arrives in a premium black branded box, sealed with a magnetic closure that opens to reveal your blade nestled in memory foam custom-cut to fit its exact shape. The inner box is wrapped in a printed sleeve with the Allfather on the front that tells the story of the knife and the Viking craftsmanship behind it.
The whole package is then carefully protected in thick bubble-wrap during shipping to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition, ready to be unwrapped.
Many customers tell us the moment of opening is part of what makes the gift unforgettable, that's why we put the same care into the packaging as we do into the blade itself.
Yes. The 8" chef knife covers most of a meal on its own, the 6" chef knife is the one for control and smaller hands, and the hybrid cleaver brings cleaver weight with chef-knife control for proteins and heavy chopping.
In many kitchens, one or two ODIN knives replace a whole drawer of ordinary ones.
Yes. ODIN knives are designed to be fully ambidextrous, making them comfortable and easy to use for both right-handed and left-handed users.
