Absolutely amazing knife I use it daily in the kitchen as there's nothing it can't do....it can fine slice anything up to the point you can even de-bone chicken,beef.... basically it's the ultimate kitchen knife of the highest quality... totally recommend purchasing not only this knife but I recommend any of the quality knives Northern Knives sell

Real good quality, nice and sharp, looks are amazing. Feels heavy but steady when holding.
